The Pocket Midwife: Affirmations and Thoughts for Healthy Pregnancy and Normal Birthing (2003) is a spiral-bound, table top flip book of supportive affirmations for pregnancy, labor, and beyond. Nurturing Baby and Me During Pregnancy (2006) was developed by a leading publisher of books for early childhood education and prenatal parenting, in collaboration with the American College of Nurse-Midwives. The book contains a week-by week guide to pregnancy, with exercises for "playing with your baby" before birth and an audio CD of relaxation exercises.
