Meet Susan Fekety, RN, MSN, CNM

Susan Fekety has an undergraduate degree from Yale in Political Science and earned her Master's degree in Nursing and Nurse-Midwifery there as well. For several years, she practiced in Texas and then joined the holistic women's health group Women to Women in Yarmouth, Maine, where she worked with Dr. Christiane Northrup. Susan has been involved with health care for more than 25 years. She's worked with thousands of pregnant women and has delivered a couple thousand babies. She is passionate about sharing what she knows about women's health, chronic disease prevention, and healthy living for women and men, and she does it with a knack for communication that's engaging, fun, and beneficial.

Her written work has appeared in local, regional, and national publications—both in print and online, and has been endorsed by renowned women's health expert Christiane Northrup, MD, and the American College of Nurse-Midwives.

Susan is also an engaging public speaker, presenter, and program facilitator.

Susan now practices at True North: Maine's Center for Functional Medicine and the Healing Arts in Falmouth, Maine. There, she provides a range of services for women and men, including lifestyle and nutrition counseling as well as women's health services.
